The thing that sets the DynaCaster apart from conventional dynamic microphones is the integrated DYNAMITE preamp circuit that provides an additional +30dB of switchable, clean gain. DMC8 premium-grade mic capsule
Basing its design on the groundbreaking V-Series capsule technology, the DynaCaster incorporates a new capsule – the DMC8. This high-end capsule provides a rich, luscious sound with an intimate low-end response and transparent, air treble range. It also helps to isolate your voice, minimizing unwanted background/ambient noise. The powerful onboard capsule makes it perfect for vocalists, podcasters, live streamers, engineers and gamers.
Onboard EQ switches
Need to make your voice a little more powerful and fuller sounding? Hit the two recessed equalization switches to access six varying sonic options. You can use the EQ switches to help give your voice an added boost for a richer overall sound or reduce the boominess if your voice has too much bass to it. You can even use the EQ switches to minimize sibilance or to get your voice to cut through a mix. The recessed design helps to prevent accidental knocks, so as not to adjust your settings in error.
Integrated pop filter and shock mount
A three-layer onboard pop filter helps to refine your sound and eliminate unwanted plosives and sibilance’s. Plosives and sibilant sounds are caused by air pressure hitting the capsule when saying words with the letters ‘S’, ‘B’ or ‘P’ in them. The pop filter helps to eliminate this air pressure before it hits the capsule resulting in a highly accurate sound that captures every subtle detail of your voice. It also has a built-in shock mount so you don’t have to worry about structure-borne noise.
Robust design with high swivel range
Built like a tank and as powerful as one, the DynaCaster is perfect for musicians/creators on the go with its all-metal chassis providing the most robust design possible. It even has gold-plated XLR contacts to ensure maximum signal integrity for the best possible audio performance. The integrated parallel stand adapter and XLR connector make for a low-profile design. It also features a high swivel range so you can always get the perfect position when using a boom arm. Last but not least, the microphone comes complete with an external windscreen which is great for use in more demanding environments. The windscreen helps to reduce wind noise – ideal for outdoor and on-locating recording.
