Shipping options and delivery times
Delivery options, prices and time-scales are displayed in your order summary during checkout, and are updated according to the basket contents. You will see a list of delivery options with prices, which also updates according to you delivery location.
How fast do I get my order?
We realize that you want your ordered equipment yesterday so here at GOPANDY, we aim to ship items out immediately. Once you checkout, verified orders ships within 24 hours and most items will usually be delivered to Lagos and Port-Harcourt within just 1-2 days! Generally once an item has shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Where is my order shipped from?
Nearly all items in stock on our website are shipped either from our distribution centers in Lagos or our Head Office in Port Harcourt for fastest delivery.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from GOPANDY containing your order details. This is normally done within a few minutes of ordering.
We’ll follow up with an email after your package is out the door and send tracking info, making sure you get quick delivery and know when it’s hitting your doorstep.
Can my equipment be delivered the same day I order?
Yes it can however this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. Same day delivery are currently available only in Port Harcourt and Lagos.
To know if you order is eligible for same day delivery, call us on 08177066007 or send an email to support@gopandy.com. Please note that an extra fee may be required for same day delivery and in such situation you will be duly informed.
What about warrantee and insurance?
All items are brand new and are covered by the manufacturers full warranty excluding our Open Box items. All items are shipped insured and are covered if any shipping damage would occur.
If you receive a damaged item please notify us via email at support@gopandy.com immediately and we will rectify the problem the fastest way possible.
What happens if I am not in when the dispatcher tries to deliver?
The courier would notify you to let you know they tried to deliver. They will usually try to deliver again the next day (excluding Sundays), but alternatively you can contact the dispatcher directly using the details they provided, to arrange a different delivery day.
Does GOPANDY deliver internationally?
GOPANDY doesn’t deliver items internationally except to Ghana. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria or Ghana.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
This is a very rare occurrence, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please send an email to support@gopandy.com including your order number, and let us know the details of the problem.
We will collect the incorrect item from you, and arrange to get the correct item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Guide
- Orders placed before 3pm on a business day, ships out on the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, will be shipped on the following business day.
- Verified paid orders shipped via Standard Deliveries typically arrive in just 2-5 working days.
- Verified orders placed with our 24hrs Express Delivery before 3pm, will arrive the next day. Please note that the 24hrs Express Delivery does not include Sundays.
- On rare occasions, Express Deliveries could take a few more hours to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. However, should your Express delivery fail to arrive on the same day as expected, Gopandy will balance you the difference of a Standard Delivery.
- Pay on Delivery (POD) items may be shipped via other couriers and may not contain a tracking number.
- Packages considered heavy or bulky by the applicable carrier are subject to special delivery arrangements and charges. In such cases we will contact you after your order is placed.
- Collection of online orders from our Bayelsa and Port Harcourt Offices is now possible. Simply select Office Pick Up during checkout.
- Please note that delivery fees displayed during checkout may* not apply to certain large or heavier products such as Drum Sets and Loudspeaker boxes such cases we will contact you after your order is placed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, standard delivery shipments may be delayed for a few days, but in such rare situations, one of our staff will email or call you as soon
as possible to let you know and will assist you in working out other arrangements for your order if you desire.
