The Behringer POWERPLAY HA8000  is an 8-channel high-power headphones mixing and distribution amplifier designed for stage and studio recording applications. With two independent stereo main inputs as well as a dedicated direct input on each channel, the unit allows the engineer to prepare a customized monitoring mix for each musician.

Each of the unit’s amplifiers can drive loads down to 8 ohms and each features its own 8-digit LED output level meter, Main in 1/Main in 2 select switch, a stereo or dual mono select switch, and a 1/4″ direct input for integrating an additional sound source. The front panel of each section gives one 1/4″ phones out jack per channel. The main section includes a dedicated 5-segment LED input meter, plus Main in 1, and Main in 2 level dials.

The back of the unit features an additional 1/4″ phones output per channel, which allows a total of 16 pairs of headphones to listen to 8 separate mixes at once.

The 2 independent mixes are available on each of the 8 channels as well as an output level control and precise 8-digit LED output metre. Connection of any sound source is made easy with direct input connectors on each channel along with 1 front and 1 rear TRS phones connector per channel. A switching power supply ensures noise-free audio, superior transient response plus low power consumption.
