  1. Ezekiel Dumegu

I edit videos as a freelancer, and needed some affordable, yet professional studio monitors. These bad boys have more power than I could ever need. They were super easy to set up. They come with a Y-cable to audio jack, so don’t be like me and buy one – you won’t need it. They lack some deeper tones, but all in all, very good deal.

  2. Marshall Seun

The sound is very, very crisp and clean, not flat at all with a wide audio range. There is no hiss or buzz that I have heard from so many low end speakers. They can also get quite loud while still maintaining their fidelity. At the price point I think they are about as good as you can possibly ask for, for audio quality

After a lot of research, I replaced my M-Audio BX5a pair with AV42 pair for my home office about 12′ x 15′. My set up is simple – Windows PC connecting to M-Audio super DAC via USB and then out to the AV42. I listen to classical music most of the time including opera and the performance is outstanding. Of course I’m not saying it’s better than BX5a but for my office size AV42 works better. Now BX5a are moved to our family room to spread their wings. I was considering AV32 also, but the cutoff low frequency is 80Hz and the power output is half. AV42 has a wider range of frequency response with a cutoff at 75 Hz. This small 5 Hz range contains a lot instrumental …don’t overlook. Bottom line – it’s great for home office setting.

These speakers are perfect for filling up a room with sound. Good bass and low tones for the size, and great dynamics and clarity. Im more of a clarity guy than a bumping volume guy, and thats exactly what these are. I figured I would eventually add a sub woofer to this set but after trying them out, I think I’m good as is! Might not be enough volume for a party atmosphere, but definitely gets the job done for listening to music in your living room.

Highly recommend Gopandy. I have made a number of purchases and each time the product arrives on time and well packaged. The staff go out of their way to make sure their customer is happy. Top marks.
