Returns and Refunds

We strive to deliver the best in quality and value, if for some reasons you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a replacement or refund on your purchase.

From receiving your order, you have up to 48 hours to request return authorization. Once your request is authorized, the product needs to be returned without delay and no later than 5 days after the day of return authorization.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the financial institutions.

Items Damaged in Transit

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If the order is damaged when you receive it please tell us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where possible, please include a photograph of any damage caused to the item and/or packaging in transit as this will help us to raise the matter with our courier.

Please be advised that we can only accept responsibility for the condition of the goods prior to delivery to you. Any damage or breakage en-route to you is our responsibility, but if something happens after it has been delivered to you, your dedicated safe place or your nominated neighbour, it is your responsibility, and we cannot accept any liability for the damage.

Incorrect Item Received

We do everything we can to make sure the right items reach you. If there’s anything you're not expecting in your delivery please tell us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Please be advised that we can only accept responsibility for the goods prior to delivery to you. But if something happens after it has been delivered to you, your dedicated safe place or your nominated neighbour, it is your responsibility, and we cannot accept any liability for the incorrect/incomplete item received.

Where possible, please include details of the incorrect or misdescribed item that you've received.

When returning the item to us, please make sure you leave the original inner and outer packaging intact and just reseal the parcel the item arrived in. If you are unsure or have questions about the appropriate packaging, please contact our Customer Service team  by calling us on 08177066007.

Please note: you have a responsibility to return the incorrect item or any item that has been accidentally delivered to you without order or payment. If you don’t return it, we will charge you the full cost of the item.

Eligibility for returns

Important: For hygiene and software licensing reasons, some items are not eligible for returns. Such products include and are not limited to:

  • Monitors and Headphones
  • Earplugs and Ear Protection
  • Reeds and mouthpieces for woodwind and brass instruments
  • Mouth and Lip-Care Products
  • CDs, DVDs and Software

Note on Eligibility

Our returns and warranty policies are designed to support individual Customers and Recognised Educational Establishments. For purchases made for business, commercial or resale purposes, some benefits such as refunds and exchanges may not apply. Please read our full terms and conditions for more information.

Request Return Authorization

To return a product under our terms and conditions, please ensure the product is:

  • In 'as new' condition which means it has not been handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in particular, if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop
  • Well packaged and still in their original condition. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  • Within 48 hours from delivery to request a return. Request your return authorization by whatsapp on 08177066007 or emailing support@gopandy.com. Be sure to include detailed reason for return including pictures and detailed video of the product that supports your reason. Upon authorization, you will receive a return authorization and the address where you can send the product you would like to return.

Shipping your returns

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined. If you have requested a refund, this will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days of receiving your goods and confirming they have been returned in line with our policy. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
