Returns and Refunds Policy

You can purchase from Gopandy with complete confidence and peace of mind. As standard we provide a 7 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return a product for any reason within 7 days of delivery, you can either send us an email at support@gopandy.com or call us on 08177066007 to make arrangements.

We honor most return requests

Not the right color? Changed your mind? Not quite what you expected? We understand. Simply contact us for a return authorization (see below for exceptions), and return your purchase in its original condition within 7 days of the delivery date. As soon as we verify the product’s condition, your refund will be on its way. Such returns may be accepted back at our discretion, however a restocking fee may apply.

If you want to send something back under our money back guarantee scheme, please check the product is:

  • Eligible for return (see details below)
  • In ‘as new’ condition
  • Well packaged and in its original packaging

Goods damaged in transit

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you please inform us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 2 days of receipt and we will quickly replace the item or offer you a refund. Of course we will also collect the damaged product from you free of charge.

Packaging of goods to be returned

Please keep hold of all the original packaging as you might need it for a return or relocating you equipment. An additional charge will be made if you wish to return items with damaged original packaging. When returning, please package the product with appropriate packaging material to protect and stop the item moving around in order to prevent the item getting scratched or damaged. Gopandy cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return and refund may be refused if the item is not packaged correctly.

Refund & Exchange

When we receive returned goods they will be inspected within 3 working days to ascertain its condition and ensure everything that we originally sent to you has been returned.

Please note that re-stocking charges of 15% may be applied if goods are not received in new condition and with appropriate packaging. If you have requested a replacement or alternative item, this will be dispatched as soon as possible. If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Refunds are for product value & tax only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping on your order, the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

Missing / Damages

For products returned with the following conditions below, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Such return may be accepted back at our discretion.

  • Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
  • Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
  • Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
  • Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
  • Tampered / Missing barcode from the product

Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies etc.

Return Exceptions

We do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Personal Items (Earphones , Headphones…etc.)
  • Special Orders like OpenBox Clearance – If you have a reason to believe that your open box product is non-functional, please contact us on support@gopandy.com.
  • Opened software products.
  • Earphones, Headphones and Wind Instruments including mouth pieces and Harmonicas – due to health concerns given potential exposure to the mouth/ear area.
  • Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards or any other product that entails registration in order to be used – Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned to another user.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or voltage instability.
  • All products with broken manufacturer seal.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please send us an email at support@gopandy.com or call us as soon as possible at 08177066007 and include your order number. If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 1 business day. If it has left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days of the shipment being returned to us.
