These are items that have been opened, usually for display purposes, or returned by customers and are inspected and certified by Gopandy to be in full working order. An Open Box item might’ve had scratches, dents or missing original box. Each product’s specific condition will be listed in the product’s page.

All Open Box products are carefully checked by one of our staff members. The have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional therefore products purchased as Open Box cannot be returned. If you have received an open box product that you believe is not functional or has any other issues beyond what was mentioned, please email us at support@gopandy.com or call 08177066007 within two days of receipt.
