How do I create an account?
You can create an account at any time by clicking the “Login” link at the top, right-hand side of any page. Otherwise you will be prompted to register a new account at the beginning of your check out process.
Do you have everything I’m ordering in stock?
Stock levels are updated regularly so If a product is in stock, it is available to be ordered online and delivered to you. On the odd occasion there may be an inventory error, in which case we will contact you immediately.
I’m unsure of what to purchase, can I speak to someone?
You can call or email us at our head office should you have any questions about your purchase. We are glad to be of assistance before you make your final decision just as if you were in the store with us. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0817 706 6007 (10am to 6pm Monday to Friday).
Can I pick up my online order in store?
This can certainly be arranged. Just give us a call to check that your order is available at your local Gopandy Store. And if your order is not available at any of our locations near you, we can also arrange to get it brought down for you.
I’ve placed my order online, how long until I get it?
We process online orders at the warehouse in Lagos, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. Once your order and payment has been approved by the Online Orders team, a picking slip is sent to your nearest drop off location with stock of your product for dispatch. This part of the process normally takes 1-2 days maximum; the balance of the time to delivery is determined by your chosen shipping method and location.
How long do the shipping methods take?
Transit times depend on where we are shipping to, which of our locations has stock for your order, and what shipping method is best suited to the products you buy. We pick the best method for your order, we always ship from the closest available location, and we email you with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Can you deliver anywhere in Nigeria?
Yes, we send orders from our stores and offsite warehouse every weekday. This means you should have your order in the quickest time possible no matter where you are in Nigeria.
Can you deliver outside of Nigeria?
Not at this stage. We only service Nigerian sales for now.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We use several courier and logistics companies for our deliveries. These companies normally deliver on weekdays during business hours. There are sometimes extended delivery hours (including weekends) at Christmas peak-time.
Can all orders be delivered to my home or office?
If we are sending your order by courier service then yes, a residential or business address is fine. Also if your order is being sent by one of our cargo companies like GIG Logistics, a home or business address is fine. We can also send GIGL deliveries to your nearest terminal/depot for you to collect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We have got you covered in the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged. Just let us know immediately by calling 0817 706 6007 and we will get the item changed swiftly for you.
What happens if the courier returns my package to you?
If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the shipping costs before resending.
What modes of payments does Gopandy accept?
Online Payment: Pay via credit cards, and debit cards via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure.
Bank Transfer: Upon checkout, select the Bank transfer payment method and follow the instructions given.
Pay on delivery: Pay upon delivery. This method is available on most items and selected areas of Lagos and Port Harcourt.
Can I get a lower price ?
At Gopandy every customer always gets the best price. This is one of the reasons for the company´s success! However if you do find you can get an item at a lower price send us a quick email to email@example.com including the Gopandy link and we´ll see if we can do a price match.
