Buying
You can create an account at any time by clicking the “Login” link at the top, right-hand side of any page. Otherwise you will be prompted to register a new account at the beginning of your check out process.
Stock levels are updated regularly so If a product is in stock, it is available to be ordered online and delivered to you. On the odd occasion there may be an inventory error, in which case we will contact you immediately.
You can call or email us at our head office should you have any questions about your purchase. We are glad to be of assistance before you make your final decision just as if you were in the store with us. Simply email info@gopandy.com or call 0817 706 6007 (10am to 6pm Monday to Friday).
This can certainly be arranged. Just give us a call to check that your order is available at your local Gopandy Store. And if your order is not available at any of our locations near you, we can also arrange to get it brought down for you.
Support
If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the shipping costs before resending.
We have got you covered in the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged. Just let us know immediately by calling 0817 706 6007 and we will get the item changed swiftly for you.
Online Payment: Pay via credit cards, and debit cards via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure.
Bank Transfer: Upon checkout, select the Bank transfer payment method and follow the instructions given.
Pay on delivery: Pay upon delivery. This method is available on most items and selected areas of Lagos and Port Harcourt.
At Gopandy every customer always gets the best price. This is one of the reasons for the company´s success! However if you do find you can get an item at a lower price send us a quick email to info@gopandy.com including the Gopandy link and we´ll see if we can do a price match.
Shipping
Transit times depend on where we are shipping to, which of our locations has stock for your order, and what shipping method is best suited to the products you buy. We pick the best method for your order, we always ship from the closest available location, and we email you with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
